Children and Youth Sunday School Classes

Children and Youth Sunday School: 9:30-10:30

Children ages 3-5th Grade meet on the second floor above the main entrance to the church. The emphesis of the children's Sunday School is on Bible study and application to life. The children participate in games, crafts, and story telling as they learn the scriptures and what they mean for them in their lives.

Confirmation Class: 9:30-10:30 (August - June)

All 6th Grade students are invited to attend confirmation class where they are prepared to become full members of the church. Ministers and parents teach the lessons on Sunday. In addition, each confirmand is given a mentor with whom they meet on a regular basis. The mentors share their faith and church expereinces and assist the confirmands in understanding and applying the curriculum. In the fall there is also a trip to the metroplex to experience other types of worship and have fun together. The class concludes with a retreat with students and mentors to pull everything together as the confirmands make their decision to become full members of the church.

Youth Sunday School (9:30-10:30)

The youth Sunday School consists of study series in which the youth learn scripture and life application of faith and the Bible.

The junior highs meet on the 3rd floor and the senior highs meet on the 4th floor.
